The room had a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. There was air conditioning and heating. A private bathroom with a shower. The outdoor swimming pool was relaxing. I liked that the decor was modern and welcoming, and the amenities made my stay comfortable.

Just a top selection for a short stint in Mesa with excellent value for money. The place advertised long term rentals but had no offers or incentives.

Newly renovated rooms featured modern beds and flooring, but issues with cleanliness were overwhelming. Cockroaches invaded the kitchenette quickly, forcing me to clean the floors with a washcloth that turned black. The bathroom had a single towel resembling a mechanic's rag, and unexpected police activity added to a troubling experience that overshadowed any positive features.

Traveling on a budget often leads to experiences like this one. While it was affordable, the room had some issues—such as cockroaches and no trash can. The bed was noisy, and the AC didn't function, but at least the price was right for my wallet.

I checked into the Colonade Motel Suites for a short stay. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. The recently renovated rooms felt fresh and inviting, with modern decor that really stood out. The bed in my Queen Studio was surprisingly comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. I found cockroaches in the kitchenette, which was a major downside. The floors seemed to have not been cleaned thoroughly, which added to my discomfort. The bathroom was stocked with necessary amenities, but I had to request extra towels since they weren't in the room initially. Staff were friendly but often unresponsive to concerns. It's a mixed bag. I enjoyed the cozy setup but can't ignore the cleanliness issues, making it hard to fully relax.
